Wiring, ELV and UPS — under one roof.

This is where everything else plugs in, literally. We handle new wiring for homes, shoplots and small industrial units, and rewiring for buildings where the existing circuits have been patched, extended and left to age past what they were ever sized for. A lot of our wiring jobs start the same way: a kitchen that trips its breaker whenever the kettle and the air-con run together, or a shoplot with three generations of extension cords feeding what should be a proper circuit.

Every job gets planned before a single wire is pulled — load calculated, circuits sized, breakers matched to what they're actually protecting. Once it's in, we test it under real load, not just switch it on and walk away. A distribution board leaves our hands labelled clearly enough that the next electrician who opens it — including us, years later — can read it at a glance.

ELV covers everything that keeps a building aware of itself: CCTV, access control, fire alarms and the structured cabling that carries it all. It's easy to install a camera that looks like coverage on a floor plan but actually watches a wall, or a door lock that's technically "access control" but nobody bothers to badge through because it's slower than the key was. We design around what a system is actually meant to catch, not just where a bracket fits.

That means walking the site before drawing anything — checking sightlines for cameras, working out which doors genuinely need controlling versus which ones just need a good lock, and running cabling that won't need redoing the next time the layout changes. A clinic asking for access control on a pharmacy room and a café asking for a camera over the till get two very different answers, even though both requests start the same way.

A UPS that's undersized, oversold, or never tested under real load is worse than no UPS at all — it gives everyone false confidence right up until the moment the mains actually cut out. We size every system against the load it will genuinely carry, not a generic recommendation, and we test it under that load before we call the job done, not just plug it in and watch the lights blink green.

This is usually the service people call us for reactively — after a power cut has already cost them a freezer full of stock, a server that didn't shut down cleanly, or a few hours of downtime nobody budgeted for. We'd rather size it right the first time. And once it's in, we keep servicing it, because a battery bank that was fine at installation isn't guaranteed to still be fine two years later without anyone checking.
